eFAST

eFAST is a multi-year Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) program offering broad technical scope, many contract and award types, and a wide array of labor categories with fixed ceiling rates. eFAST is the FAA’s preferred acquisition vehicle for fulfilling Agency Small Business goals.

The Federal Aviation Administration entered into multiple MOAs with Small Businesses, to provide comprehensive management, engineering and technical support services. There are currently 484 vendors, qualified in 1 or more of the following functional areas:

V. Description of the Contractor’s quality assurance program:

For each task, the task manager will prepare a task order management plan that includes a detailed Quality Assurance (QA) plan describing how we control our processes and assure that top-quality products are delivered. The task QA plan will include metrics such as defect tracking and hours spent on technical processes such as design, development, and test activities. Quality reviews will be complete, comprehensive, and multi-tiered, including peer reviews, desktop reviews, in-process reviews, and event reviews.
